Hi-Point® Firearms Customer Service Office recieves and answers thousands of questions everyday. We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions to help you get the most out of your Hi-Point®.
WHO DO YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We ship using USPS and FedEx. We do ship to PO Boxes.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Yes, we do accept returns on products purchased within the last 30 days. Please see our Return and Refund Policy page for further details.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS EVEN IF THEY AREN’T DEFECTIVE?
Yes, however all non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT SOME ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE. CAN I RETURN THEM?
Yes, any defective items can be returned and will be replaced without a restocking fee.
I CAN'T FIND MY INVOICE. CAN I STILL RETURN MY ITEMS?
We’re sorry but ALL returns must contain a copy of the invoice.
DO I NEED TO SEND ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE INVOICE AND ITEMS I AM RETURNING?
Yes, all returns must also contain a detailed reason for the return.
