Accessory Returns

NOTICE: Please call us at (419)747-9444 option 1 if the you received an incorrect item.

For all accessory product return inquiries applicable only to items originally purchased through www.hi-pointfirearms.net, please follow the guidelines detailed below:

• Please ensure the product was purchased within the past 30 days. No monetary refunds after 30 days.
• Determine if the product is a returnable product to us. Please check your product for warranty information.

• Ensure the product is still in the original packaging and is not damaged. Products showing excess usage will be returned to the customer.

• Package the product with a copy of your original invoice. Ship the product to Strassell’s Machine Inc. Attn: Internet Sales, 1015 Springmill St., Mansfield, Ohio 44906.

• Please allow 14 days for your package to be received and processed.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if the order total is under $75.00 (before sales tax and any shipping charges).           

•  CREDIT CARD CHARGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ON ANY ORDER.  THESE ARE CHARGES HI-POINT HAS BEEN CHARGED AND REFUNDING THIS WILL INCUR ANOTHER CHARGE FOR THE REFUND.
